Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a VIP Pre-Show Experience ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

How do I place my order?

All American Bollywood Pre-Show Experience tickets must be purchased online. Tickets will go on-sale on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 at 10 am local venue time. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

Do The American Bollywood Pre-Show Experience Tickets Have An Age Restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?

Guests will have the opportunity to select a Premium Reserved Seat or GA Pit / Floor where available.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. “GA Floor” or “GA Pit” are located in the front of the stage. You’ll be able to see the GA section at each venue on the map during the purchase process. Our Enhanced Experience tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the floor.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the local venue. We will make this easy for you at the venue check-in as well as provide further instructions closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What time should I show up to the venue for the pre-show experience with Young the Giant?

Please keep an eye on your inbox for important updates from 100x Hospitality regarding your VIP experience.  A few days before the event, we will email you specific instructions and detailed information regarding location and time of VIP Check-In and the Pre-Show Experience. These times may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

If you have not received this informational email within 72 hours of your specific show date, we advise checking in your spam or promotions folder as it may have been filtered there

Is parking included with my VIP ticket purchase?

Parking is not included with the VIP ticket. Please check your local venue’s website for all parking details.

If I purchase a platinum ticket, is that the same as a VIP?

Platinum Tickets are not VIP Tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the VIP program, please  contact 100xhospitality Guest Services   immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the event name and your order number when emailing.

Can I use my 100X package for a promotional giveaway?
